My aim is to help you manage your own difficulties by cultivating a different relationship with your thinking processes and behavioural patterns so you can flourish in your life.
I offer therapy to individuals as well as supervision and training, including Mindfulness courses and workshops to workplace teams. I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Supervisor and Trainer and a Mindfulness teacher.
Working with me
I run a small private psychotherapy practice for individuals (online and in person) and offer supervision and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Much of my work is short term and problem focused but I also offer longer term follow up to those who benefit from extra support.
In addition, I am offering various opportunities for groups, individuals, teams, and GPs to learn how to become more mindful.
