I am taking daily time to sit, be still, practice mindfulness, I also find windows of time in the day to do shorter practices, such as the work carpark before entering the building. I feel calmer and able to respond in kinder and more creative ways to my family. I have hope for the future. Things that used to trouble me bother me less, I can deal with negative comments better, I feel motivated. Certainly had a positive impact on my well being.
